Teen Yoga Leadership Training

Menopause Transition Programs
Are your menopause symptoms getting in the way of you living your best life? These programs are designed to make your menopause transition smoother. Sign up for our virtual workshops to learn ways to reduce your menopause symptoms. Each workshop includes an education portion, so that you can better understand what is happening with your body and mind, followed by a practice that may include yoga, qi-yoga, or fitness.
You can also choose to work with a Menopause Transition Coach one-on-one. Each coaching session will target different areas that you would like to work on and provide lifestyle changes that you can make to reduce your menopause symptoms.

Chair Qi-Yoga
Our Chair Qi-Yoga classes provide a gentle, supportive practice that enhances strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, especially for older adults, beginners, and those with mobility needs. We combine yoga and qigong practice all from a seated position.

Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coaching
The philosophy of Wellness is to regain the healthy weight humans were meant to have and live with vibrancy throughout our lives. To do this, we need to consume as much whole, unprocessed food as possible (with an emphasis on low-glycemic load), while reducing processed foods wherever
possible. This type of diet will support healthy hormone balance and overall health. If we are able to combine optimal eating with optimal physical activity, we can attain and sustain a healthy weight.
